i use a neutrogena foundation but most of the time it looks chalky underneath my eyes. What can i use to make it look less chalky or more natural?

mix it with a little face cream and use your clean fingers to blend it in it should be ok then.

i would use conceler then put your foundation on. that will make it less chalky.
