what's with the f*cking NYS DMV??

My friend has a suspended license and needs his car to goto work. He can take care of it during the weekends but the NYS DMV are closed on the weekends!!! what bullsh*t is this???? What can be done???

well that depends on what area of the state you live in, as in the previous answer there is public transportation, or he can take a couple of hours off from work (the NYS DMV always takes a couple of hours) and take care of it.
