logged onto a music site, clicked on browser plug-in and music started - and although all web pages from that music site is closed, I still get the music. How do I access whatever to get the music off.? I can turn off the sound on my laptop, but when I press it again, the music still remains and it's driving me nnuutts

ctrl + alt + del, find what it is and close it. If you had sth installed by accident go to control panel , add/remove programs and uninstall it
