A DNA is part of a cell nucleus and we know that a cell is the fundamental unit of life i.e. it has all life processes: Nutrition, growth and development, it breathes (uses oxygen in order to get energy), excretion etc.
A living being is just an aggregation of cells and each cell has a specific job to do (eg. lung cells convert oxygen in the air to chemical energy, heart cells beat etc)
So, every living being has a DNA!

yes. as mentioned, some viruses only have RNA, but are not considered living. prions are not considered living. and humans are NOT only 2-3 genes seperate from pigs and gorillas. humans are about 98% the same as chimpanzees, but thats still several hundred genes at least. and with the recent discovery of miRNAs and other regulatory elements in between genes, we may be much more different than previously supposed. we are much less related to pigs and gorillas, especially pigs.

The simple answer is yes, the more complicated answer is "that depends". Is a virus a living thing? Viruses can consist only of RNA, or even a double strand of RNA, but are they alive?

Technically, yes. Some viruses only have RNA but they are not considered living in the strict biological sense because they do not eat or reproduce on their own.

I know that prions can be considered living in that they are infectious particles that replicate themselves but do not have DNA. All other organisms (including viruses) have DNA. However, please note that it may be argued that Viruses are not living organisms, in that they need another life-form to "live"
I hope this helps.
