I try to do things to relax, like sleep or watch a good movie and fall asleep during it or try doing something to release stress and then sleep

Try doing something new!! I don't know your interests, but it sounds like you are down in the dumps. If you are suffering from Depression, visit your doctor. Depression isn't something to mess with, it takes away your happiness and self worth.

I snap at people, get obnoxious, give people a hard time and a bunch of crap, be honest with people about what idiots they are and how they've made my life miserable. It gets to a point where I go nuts and I don't care what people think.
