ok see i met this french guy that was new in school here and he is way sweet and last night i kissed him and he kissed me back and this morning he said we moved too fast and wanted to talk to me and i dont want to talk to him because last time a guy told me that (which was like 3 weeks before) he broke my heart and I really like this guy and I dont know what to do! What should I do? help! And what should I say on Monday when I WILL have to face him!?!?!? And how much time should I give him? I dont get it. He said hes not a virgin and that they actually practice *** (you know what) in french when they turn 13! So what should I do and/or say!?!?

I believe you should just tell him how you feel. Tell him you like him and felt like letting him know by the kiss. Apologize if it made him uncomfortable. If you feel like you could be just friends, let him know. He might be awkward and shy and probably respects you as a person.
I think you should listen to what he has to say even if you are embarrassed. It happens to the best of us at one point in our lives. Just try to take some deep breaths and be honest. You will be fine.

you do as the young dude suggests my friend, take things easy, sometimes when you jump staright in there it can be off putting for some people,
the guy sounds pretty decent to me and i think reading between the lines he wants to get to know you before taking the next step,
other nationalities have different ways to us as well, and its possible he was embarrased as much as you..
when you see him next tell him you understand and that you think thats a good idea,,
he will respect you more and maybe ,just maybe it will work out for you in the long run

I can sense you are very scared to get intimate with him both physically and mentally. It's so very normal for a young girl to get hurt in a relationship, but opening yourself up will lead you to something great one day. Take it slow with him, obviously he really cares about you if he wants to take the time to get to know you besides from having sex.
Jump at this chance and get to know him better and be respectful to yourself.

U should just talk to him now. Sooner or later your going to have to see him. Wouldnt you rather know now where u stand than later. Explain to him that u are confused and want some explainations. Like why he kissed you back etc...
