I am 18 I got married when I was 16, my husband is much older than me. When we got married it was like love at first sight and I still love him so much, and I think this guy is the best for me and he claims that I wont find anyone better that him, he treats me so good, and I think I do want to spend the rest of my life with him. BUT recently I have thinking that maybe I was to young and never got a chance to date or meet different types of guys?! And I have been flirting and I like it. and I have met guys that are up to my standards..and would like to get to know better. Our relationship is hurting because of this. should we take a break? but I am married. what should I do?!?! HELP

Come on. Be honest. You're thinking about taking a break from your marriage, so you can date others guys; and have already got candidates lined up. Exactly why, isn't that cheating already? Cheating is when a married person starts ANY relationship not totally platonic, with any person except their spouse. Don't you think the guys you plan to date will want more than to hold hands? Make up your mind what you want, but forget the idea of playing high school girl going to the dance after the football game. You missed that.

u made a vow keep it u say love at 1st site u love him its just that love .. love is love. either u do and am happy or ur not. stay way from clubs, internet chats, be like a the quaker - if they had all the access to many men then all hell would break lose- yes ur to young. it happens shame on him to think u was mature and loved him.. all of a sudden ur not into him.. why? has he done something so bad. i knew a guy he married at 17 to a 30 yr old never had another never wanted to cheat on his wife he loves her and is happy now.. he does think of things as we all do fantisize as well all do were human not robots. but love and vows are made. if u want out then get out. u say u want to spend the rest of ur life with him then why the worries..u can think u are young u are.. an yea u dint have copmaparisons but u know what? u been blessed with a loving husband..today more and more men dont want marriage or dating or commitments they just want sex - they are cheap- if u want sex ask ur husband to get a movie or a book to learn if ur not happy in that area.. role play add sparks somehow different places.. ur chance to meet a good guy came u took it trust ur instinct why.. not ur mind thinking of things..something isnt right if ur hubby is all that good something is missing seek a marriage counselor to get to the root of it.age is part but u said u would spend the rest of ur life well it doesnt appear to now so .. u cant be happy. what if ur mom when having u in her said i wanna change and keep going to the next and next how would u be raised if all people took hops in bed for fun we would all die of disease and hurt people we have to have self control. u are young so.. ur parents shoudl have had it anulled. ur not ready.sad tho hes sounds liek a guy many women search for no matter how hard and never find it..ever.. ever ever

I understand your problem, you are so young and still opening up to the things of life. you have not mentioned your husband age, but i suggest there is a positive side of the story as well.

Being young though you have got married but you also got the opportunity to do and enter a lot of feelings and things which very rare woman can have in life. So your curiosity to date other guys is sheer waste of time when you have an absolute guy to share absolutely with you. Just deepen your relationship with him and try to see what you have that others dont have.

I would say enjoy your sexual life and grow more in relationship - there is a full scope that you enjoy better in life. Being just 18 these feelings are normal that you want to explore life but see it as learning and don't see it as ditching or deceive your husband. Be open to him to explore social relationships but take on stride that a hubby loves you. & you will enrich your life.

Boys at yours age try to seduce gals of yours age and mostly it ends in sex or fun with no goals. I hope you understand that it wont be yours priority but if still yes and you feel yourself confused - TRY marriage counselling.

take care

That's what happens when you rush into things. I know I changed drastically from the time I wa 16 to now. Different wants, different taste in guys, everything. It's normal at your age to want to test the waters with new people. But...you committed to somebody. And, unless you are ready to destroy that, you cannot take a "break". Either decide to put the effort into your marriage or move on. You can't have both.

Be honest with yourself...U want out of your marriage I believe..and yes u were too young. I'm not saying get a divorce...but you may need some time apart. What is the purpose of ur fliting...Is it because you like to do it for the rush..or ur seriously lookin to be wiht other men? If this is so, then you need to tell him and be honest... because you will hurt him worse by hiding it. Maybe he'll understand.

You did get married too young. A young person needs time for fun. Time to date around, flirt, meet different guys, decide what they want to do forever. You cheated yourself out of all of that. Now, you are regretting it, rightly so. Your still young - you need to sow your wild oats and know who you really are. I hope you can decide what it is you are wanting to do. Just remember honey, life is shorter than you think. Good luck.

i think you are very lucky. every woman wants to have a loving, caring, mature husband.
if you are interested in another guy, then it is different. luckily he seems faithfull to you. if you lose him and if you cant find another "right " guy for a while, you will really feel sad. you would feel sad, if he were interested a mature woman too !
i think you should know the worth of your husband. there are ups and downs at every relationship. i dont want you to lose that sort of man just for a few temporarly adventures. best wishes.

first, if you only THINK you wanna spend the rest of your life with him, then you probly dont or wont. in my opinion you were too young. and because of that you havnt got to do much before you gave your life away. it doesnt matter though, you are still married and shouldnt flirt with other men.

You should have tested out the waters before jumping into one pool. But you are married now so deal with it and be honest with him. Don't be a cheater. The grass is always greener on the other side.
