It seems that everytime I get a pimple in the crevice of my noise....it leaves a small scar. Is there anyway to get rid of these scars.....they are kind of annoying and only really show when I smile...does anyone have an answer....Thanks! :)

use neosporin on it. it's used for cuts and scrapes. i've used it on mine and it heals them faster and hardly leaves any scar. it's kind of oily, so i usually only use it at night or when i'm home.

try going to Dermacare laser and skin care clinics find one in your area at dermacareus.com. I work at one I see lots of patients with your problem and we are a great clinic. Good Luck!!
PS. Don't try popping the pimple that makes it worse and you will defiantly get a scar if your doing that.

Well, when you get them...DO NOT PICK AT THEM....thats what causes scars. Use a face scrub like St. Ives Apricot Scrub....it REALLY works

I get scars, too.
They're very hard to get rid of.
All I know is that you have to keep your face mouisturized. (You scar less that way)
Also, I put rubbing alcohol (on a cotton swab) directly on my zits to completely dry them out, and not my face.
It works well for me. Possibly you too?

try a pore cleanser, and drink plenty of water about a gallon a day, don't pout makeup on it it just clogs pores and they pimple can't breathe to heal

try using one cleanser like neutrogena oil free acne cleanser this will usually dry them out and keep them from coming back and dont pick at them. try not to use to many harsh chemicals or different produts on your face this can cause problems to.

YOU CAN TRY SOME OF THAT NEW SCAR CREAM THAT THEY HAVE OUT AND IS TO BE GOOD. OR YOU CAN GO TO THE SKIN DR.
