That's basically impossible, and totally bad for you. Your body needs at least 1700 calories a day just to function! Let alone exercise on that? You need to take it slow. Is some party really worth you loosing a few pounds only to gain it double after wards? Cause that's exactly whats gonna happen. Your not losing weight for the right reason, so you won't be able to keep it off. Forget this party, find a comfortable, REALISTIC weight loss plan, and go slow and steady, a little at a time. That's the only way to loss weight AND keep it off.

Why don't you just chill...keep doing whatever it is your doing and enjoy the party. If it's some "big deal" and your sooo hard pressed to make an impression on people with a body that isn't "yours' and in all likelihood won't be for long (fast weight loss is usually rewarded with fast weight gain) they're probably not worth impressing anyway. If it's a party for your hubbies work or something like that..and he's concerned about your looks..you should rethink his butt being relocated to the doghouse. If it's an image thing with his employers.....then they need a second look as well. You are what you are and your appearance at one party isn't going to make or break your life. If it is..then your need to reevaluate your circle of shallow friends or co-workers.
The only way to loose is slow and steady with diet and exercise over time. A fast track program is a set up for de-railment.
Good luck luv.

For someone who is planning on going from no excersise to 3 hours of excersise a day....that's going to be way too drastic and you're going to be exhausted...your best bet is to maybe start walking more on a treadmill or around the neighborhood for maybe just 1 hour. Also a 1000-1500 calorie per day diet is unhealthy if you excersise that much. Your body won't have any energy and you will end up looking unhealthy.

Workout: Power 90x...go to beachbody.com
Diet: 7 day cabbage soup diet....should lose 10-15 in a week. Look it up on the internet.
Weight Watchers Points...works like a charm.
Xenedrine 8hr NRG diet pills: No side affects, just supresses cravings.
I mixed it up so I wouldn't get bored and lost 47lbs since the begining of may. Still losing.

This would be dangerous to do, and with that limited amount of calories.......you would be in the hospital within those 10 weeks.
They only good way to lose weight is slow and steady. Anything less than that, and your setting yourself up for failure.

Yes- but the best thing you can do is to talk to your doctor before starting any radical wieght loss regimen. Underlying issues could make it a dangerous thing to try. Don't be too hard on yourself either. As my father always told me, "Skinny chicks have issues." Good luck!

I highly doubt it. I would estimate you could probably lose up to 2 stone in 10 weeks. HTH.
