is there a good oven cleaner that doesnt make your throat burn and make you have to wear a mask and leave the house afterwards?

I always use Easy off oven cleaner Fume free Max.

Amway oven cleaner. I have to admit that it's strong but does not irritate my eyes, throat and lungs. good luck

the best I found was Easy off in the pump bottle..spray on warm oven leave for an hour wipe with paper towels..even worked great on thick spills/then wipe oven with vinegar/and clean water rinse

DO NOT USE EASY-OFF !!!
MY MOM GOT THIRD DEGREE BURNS FROM EASY-OFF OVEN CLEANER DRIPPING INTO HER GLOVE... IT MADE HER SKIN TURN BLACK & GREEN & MELTED TO HER BONE... SHE HAD A HEFTY LAW SUIT & IS SCARED FOR LIFE !!!
THERE IS ALWAYS A POSSIBILITY THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU !!!

Easy-Off- but have the vent fan running too.
Or you could try baking soda and dish soap.
