Only a few I see nowadays wear tennis shoes with no socks, especially the girls. Sneakers are supposed to be worn with socks. My cousin Tina sometimes wears pants and white sneakers with no socks. Only once I have seen her wear bloomers and expose her bare legs and ankles inside sneakers with no socks. I don't understand why she does it though. Maybe Tina got self-conscious, so she wears pants, so no one can tell if she's wearing any socks. Later she wore pants and socks more often to school. I wish she would wear miniskirts or dresses more often, since she looks better in them.

It really doesn't matter these days to wear socks or
not. Some shoes are even designed so you don't
need to wear socks. You could comment when she
wears lovely items so she feels inspired to do it more
often.

A lot of people now wear little trainer socks that don't show up the ankle like ankle socks do. I have to say that it loos better not seeing socks coming up the ankle when wearing sneakers.
Oh, in the UK trainers = sneakers

Maybe it's 'in.' Most people wear these slipper like shoes without any socks, so I dont really see a lot of girls wear sneakers without socks.

i USED to do that ALL the time, just cuz i was too lazy to put on socks, and i always lost them (turns out my sis was stealing them)...but i don't see what ur cousin has to do with this...o well....
