I like Purple by Nas. I play it while I'm driving. My kids love some of the older stuff like the instrumentals to alot of the Biggie songs and Total's "Can't You See".

I like alot of Young Jeezy's instrumentals like Then what and Standing Ovavtion.
I aslo like instrumentals like Lil Waynes (post Mannie Fresh era) and Eminem has some good stuff. The Diplomats also have some really good instrumentals and The Game has a few goods ones too.

Depends on your tastes. Believe it or not theres a wide variety of rap & hiphop instrumentals... Best bet is take a song you like and find out the producer.
