Most whitening solutions are bad for you, But I have this tooth brush called Sonic Care and is extremely healthy!! My teeth are about 2X whiter it's amazing! The reason it works is the way it vibrates. It so cool, after everytime you brush you feel like you just got back from the dentist. It's about $100 bucks but I think it's worth EVERY penny! You can find them at Wallmart, Target, and they're really cheap at Cost Co! Check it out!!!

there's this thing at walgreens that you put something clear on ur teeth and then u have this other thing that lights up and you pu it on your teeth for a min. 5 times and it stays white for 6 months, it really works

Colgate advanced whitening toothpaste is really good. I used to smoke, but my dentist didn't believe me cos my teeth were so white.

Swish a mix of Hydrogen Peroxide and water.. about 25% HP and 75% water... trust me it works, it just tastes kinda weird!
Make sure you rinse well though!

Hydrogen peroxide is the cheapest way to do it. You can gargle or brush with it and it works great!

Crest Whitestrips!!! they work great!!!! Personally, I use them and my teeth are white as snow!

ive been told cleaning yiour teeth with mashed strwberrys works but i have never tried it
