If a group of political scientists got together and measured the stature and merit of our illustrious president could they determine that he just didn't have the right stuff to be categorized as a president?

One minute it's there, the next it isn't. But in our minds and hearts, Pluto will always exist.

Seems scientist make up their own rules as they go along.
Bush probably does the same. Maybe he could join their illustrious group.

On the subject of Pluto, I believe that Bush and his buddies at Disney Corp will get together to reinstate it as a planet soon enough! Too much marketing power there.

To answer your question, Bush can't even be categorized as a plant! He is not my president; but nonetheless I feel the effects of his actions in terms of a less-safe more-angry more-fearful world. But don't think that Bush isn't smart - if you look at how the price of Halliburton shares have increased over the years you'll realize he knows exactly what he's doing.

That man hasn't got the credentials to be a dungbeetle, let alone a President. It would be interesting to see who would make a better President. My vote's for Angelina Jolie, preferably in her Lara Croft get-up.

If the procedure was performed rigorously, that would be the only possible conclusion.

For the remainder of his term, he shall be addressed as:

Dwarf President Twig

Close friends are allowed to call him 'Twiggy'.

Not if they were Freemasons or Shriners.

Besides, it is still a planet, but now is a dorf planet.

The political scientists could make that change.

We're gonna tell President Bush that he's not a planet?

Bush don't need political scientist, he need some intelligent neuro surgeon to evaluate his miniscule brain.

Sure. And they could VOTE according to their judgment, just as all American voters should do.
