You don't. When she's babysitting, you have no business being there. Her job is to look after the kids, not socialize with you.

Babysit other children and get a good reputation with other parents - I wouldn't trust you again either unless you showed that you grew up - happened to the girl next door to me, I came home at 1:00 am and my 5 year old was still awake, my 8 year old asleep on the couch. That was 10 months ago, I haven't asked her back.

By making the children behave themselves. They want to know that when they leave the children are in good hands.
