it has new pads, rotors and calipers....and also, I had a friend check it to see if there was a vaccum line off or cracked, but couldn't find anything amiss.

The brake booster may have a bad diaphragm in it or the check valve may be bad. The brake booster has a rubber diaphragm inside and sometimes they crack causing a serious vacuum leak. Have the booster checked out and let me know if that was the problem. Good luck !

Yep, slobbery is absolutely right. The brake booster's diaphram is bad. Go to a junk yard and get one off of a Sunbird, Sunfire, or a Shadow. Good luck.

Is hard to say what your really trying to ask here. Did you do the brakes right? Also, Is the brake booster in good order? Seems you have a major vacuum leak, but is really hard to tell on here.
