I am 5'3, brown/black wavy hair, long (lower back), brown eyes, pretty tan, freckles (sprinkled on nose and cheeks) No PIC... this is your opinion... if you have a websit where I can take a quiz and find out or something that would be great:)

Well, I am not tooo tan... naturally my skin is really pale... but I tan/freckle alot so my shoulder, legs, back, stomach are pertty dark, other places are like white. I look better in black I think than white but it depends what I wear it with. I am not sure but I am sort of leading towards black, brown, cranberry, blue (light), khaki... I look terrible in tan!, and like REALLY BRIGHT ORANGES, GREENS, Yellows, (Really really bad)

There is one color that looks great no matter what color you are: Cranberry!

After that I would suggest (since you described your self as dark hair and tan skin) white obviously, but also venture into the greens and blues, find a shade that is lighter that your skin but will contrast your eyes and make them pop! also the nuetral family works for you. Heather gray, khaki, etc. Good luck.

My guess, since you are darker, you would look awesome in bold, vivid colors. True colors, like red, fuchsia, cobalt blue, banana yellow, hot pink, Kelly green. Stay away from neutral colors or autumn colors. Pastels probably aren't very flattering either. That's my opinion.

you could be my twin!!! i am also everything you are...no freckles but still!!!

my friends tell me i look best in red. I am not skinny so i dont try white..but if you are pretty thin then i would go white. light colors look good...like blue and pink!

I'm kind of that way too. I've been told I look good in dark reds, white, pink, navy, and browns.

Age is very important.

If you are older than 50 go for pastels.
If you are under 20 go for vibrant

Most local stores that sell makeup have color scheme tests you can do at the store.

try lighter colors for tops, darker colors for bottom. pinks, purples, cute greens. no neons. if your dark, dark reds and purples might work. hope this helps.
