The thing that always comes to mind everytime the (not so) Great Khali comes out and they talk about how huge he is, is lets get The Big Show out there to take him on and show him what a good "big guy" can do. So that would be one, Big Show vs Khali.
The second is one that is more of a "let it happen again" match than an actual "dream match", and that would be Trish vs Victoria in a bra and panties match. Or to give it that "dream match" feel, they start in nothing but their bra and panties. And the winner is decided by removing her opponants bra and panties.

Trish Stratus vs Sable[Women's Title]. I don't mean that slut who came back to the WWE, I mean the old Sable. The one SableBombed Marc Mero. This match would have to take place at WrestleMania or SummerSlam. The two greatest women's champions face off to see who truly is the most dominant female in the WWE.
