Wolverine would totally win. Because spiderman is just a regular human with no healing factor. He can maneuver easier but Wolverine combat skills are much more excelled than Spiderman.

wolverine b/cu has adamtium claws which can tear thru the webs that the pansy spiderman shoots out and he can heal so he also wouldn't get killed. another reason is he has adammantium around his bones that is why spiderman would get owned by wolverine
