Does anybody know how to fix this errors.

I have two computers, one is in the living room and the other one is in my bedroom.
the computer in the living room I can access from my bedroom computer, but my bedroom can't access to the living room computer.
Does anybody know what happened.

Based on your message, it appears you do not have access to that pc (\room01). If you need access, the admin of that machine needs to provide you access such as a login/password.

What operating system are you on?
Presuming it is the same at both the machines and that these two machines are not in the domain, here's what you can do
open a command prompt (cmd in windows)
Start -> Run-> cmd
ping ROOM01
If you can ping the machine but you get this error, goto the machine ROOM01 , log on to the machine locally ( assuming you have the admin access) and grant access rights to Guest account

The computer you trying to access is not available may be the netywork computer is not responding or may be you network has some issues try to restart the PCs it will work fine
