ok i've been havin this strange discharge for about 3 days now, i talked to a nurse at plan parent hood and she said she didn't know for sure what it could be. have basically ruled out std cause i was tested for them in june and have been with the same guy for a year now. anyway she decided she was gonna test again. one possiblity is i might be pregnant but she said she couldn't test tell i was two weeks late. has any one experienced a discharge in early pregnancy and what did it kinda look like?

You don't mention why you think it's strange. Is it the color? Amount? Here's one reference you could check:

Yes, when you are pregnant, hormones change, increase in production and the discharge can increase as well. But it is CLEAR and doesn't really have much of a smell. But it can also happen just from hormones without being preg.
A women's body normally has some CLEAR discharge because it keeps the female organs cleaned out and healthy.
I had a cyst and it produces extra hormones and I had an increase in CLEAR discharge for about a week. Many Cysts are normal and you CAN have them without even knowing.
Are your breasts tender, swollen? Do you have any bloating or pressure in your intestinal area? Do your clothes fit tighter?
Do you kinda feel spacey?
I would still test for pregnancy as soon as you can. For some women, there are not always other symptoms to being preg.

You can be with the same guy for a year and still get a yeast infection. Frequently, Men give it to women. But a yeast infection looks and smells different. It is more white and can have a yellow and green tinge to it and it tends to be strong smelling.

Hope these things help.

You can have more mucus during pregnancy, but probably not as early as you would be if it's too early for you to take a test. Discharge could be from a yeast infection, bacterial infection. Even ovulation, but that wouldn't last more than a day or 2. If you're very concerned about it you should see a doctor.

It doesn't matter if you were tested in June, just because you've been faithful to your boyfriend doesn't mean he's been faithful to you. This is what you do...go to your local health department and let them test you. The last count I knew of was there were 28 STDs and that was several years ago...no telling how many there are now....but let the health department test you...the reason why is they will test you for all stds. Another reason why I said the health department is because if you go to a doctor office and they find that you have a std, they have to report it to the health department if it's serious and then the health department will starting sending you notices to come in and/or come knocking on your doctor. Don't be embarrass to go to the health department...that just shows how smart you are when it come to your lady (vagina)...us girls have to keep her from danger...hope this helps.
