I'll be a bridesmaid next month, and I think I might be bloated the day of the wedding when I'm trying to fit into my already slightly-too-small bridesmaid dress. Any recommendations you could give would be appreciated.

Any natural products with dandelion and celery will help to rid the body of excess fluid. I find taking a high dosage of evening primrose oil everyday really helps with painful breasts and swelling. I usually put on about 4lbs the week before my period if I dont take the evening primrose oil for a month or 2.

The best thing I have found to reduce bloating, whether from food, or monthly cycle, is drinking water. Sounds weird, I know, but it really did help me.
