i was talking to a random person on Aim and we got into a argument and he said he knows the area that i live..he mentioned some of the close schools??...he said something like he has a server and anytime i log on or something local schools come up??i think he is hacking into my comp??how ..abd he said he got a map of my area??this is a person i met on a website..and i know he does not live here bc he said that he is in college??how did he find out where i live??

You met him on a website, correct... By you visiting that website, he could have gotten ahold of your IP address. With that he can use a reverse DNS to find out where you live. With that he can use any map website to get a map of your area...
He probably doesn't know your street address, if that brings you any comfort...

You can do that through the IP address, it would be easy plus theres is also the hacking. Never leave your personal information unsecured. Use program like Norton that protects your computer from viruses, hackers.

Many wayzz to do this but generally after your ip class and your DNS server...Update your firewall and be "vigilent" on the internet... some guys are not so "well intentioned"...

call the police and report him next time he contacts you print the
im talk show it to the police, if he is threatening you,and tell your parents and friends to watch out for weird people....
