I think you need to really examine how you feel about this girl. Is it really love, or the idea of love, that has you so enraptured? And can you really love a person, through so little contact?
A lasting relationship usually stems from a few central points. Commonality, friendship, trust, shared life experiences, truth, physical attraction, humor and so on.
My advice is to take a step back or two, and be very, terribly, honest with your self before you even consider trying to 'make' this girl fall in love with you.
And that's another point. You can't make people fall in love. It happens, wholly separate and fully functional beyond your control. Just as you can't make a pink rose blue, you can't make another person fall in love with you.
I wish you the best of luck, but advise you still the same, to be honest with your self.

You can't make someone love you or feel anything else you want them to feel. They are the ones in control of their feelings, not you. If someone wants to love you, they will in time. Love doesn't happen instantly and it CANNOT be forced, just like anything and everything else in the world cannot be forced upon somene. If the chemistry is there, or if she is interested, she will let you know. If she doesn't let you know, you can ask her. The worst thing she can say is she doesn't love you. But don't try to 'make' her love you. Let her get to know you, slowly, over lots of time. As long as she is still talking with you, then she must like you as a friend, and that is where love starts: being friends first.

You cannot make someone love you. That is something that has to happen naturally. Anything else is temporary infatuation and will soon dissipate.
