Well. Being Chinese I'm inclined to say that yes Chinese are most intelligent. But just Asians in general we're all intelligent in some way or another. Well Americans are probably more intelligent than Chinese tho if all the good jobs are in America

The Chinese are only the most intelligent because they have the most people in the world so if you take a sheer numbers game of the world's population then yes, you'll find a lot of smart people that are Chinese... But you'll find even more that aren't.
If you go per capita there are 40 countries in the world that have higher literacy rates than China so the country that's next on the list is Sri Lanka. ;)

The Chinese people are mired in their own history. They resist change. They do not like "new" ideas. Free thinking in China is frowned upon. All of the things that you feel are showing that Chinese are smarter on were INVENTED IN AMERICA!!! The United States of America has done more to improve the human condition than any other civilization in the history of the planet. The Chinese really know how to make toys for Happy Meals, but that's about it. They may prove higher on some aptitude tests but America leads the planet in ingenuity!!! Chew on that!

Not all Chinese are intelligent. Stop that. I have met some real non intelligent Chinese in my time. Grow up and get a life!

In what sense? Many people know that Asians in general are good in math, but have harder times in English class. Besides, intelligence is not just based on a standardized test. there are other intelligences to weigh and that all comes down to the indivdual.

Well being another Chinese guy here I'd say we are pretty intelligent. But Every race is smart in their OWN way.

that is just a stereotype. not all chinese are intelligent, you know. and this is to "z m". i'm chinese, and i EXCEL in english, but i find that i have trouble sometimes in math. HA!

I find that somewhat racist. Basing intelligence levels on one's race. Intellegence comes from how much you learn, not your race.
