i started up my websit a few weeks back but am havin gtrouble getting traffic its way,ive tried everything..adding tags ect.even posting my link on hear (obviously it got deleted) does anyone out there no an easy way to get traffic heading its was????please im desparate

Well, there are many ways to get traffic, many of which won't happen instantly.
- You could sign in on several "rings," meaning, you could associate to a group of people who cover what your website is all about. Talk to them, share links, and they'll probably pay a visit.
- You may wish to pay for traffic. (of course, this costs..but hey, you asked for some suggestions...)
- You can join several online friend-making communities like MySpace and Friendster. While you're not guaranteed to get visits, you may get a few.

Do SEO search engine optimization. You must submit your links to link directory and generate back links to your website. Back links means other sites linking to your site.
This is the only way to have more traffic....
Lastly but the content need to be impressive ;-)

yes! if you cannot afford ads, i can suggest the following:
* putting your site in your messenger status
* list up your site in famous search engines , like Google. there is software that does this job for you, i suggest

*e-mail your friends inviting them to your site.
*subscribe into online forums and communities that are into your field and promote for your site.
*** maybe your site isn't attractive enough so people do not visit it, try to add some spice in it, flash ads, links to free stuff, links to famous sites, google ads maybe.. anything! be creative :)
