everytime when James grin or smile, his cheeks shaped just like eggs!

The technical aspects of the question are frightening to me. There are a limited number of expressions that they can use and they can't have all of the engines looking like each other (except Donald and Douglas and Bill and Ben, who are twins) They have to make their expressions larger than life so as to please the children.
