No you can't so at the end of any sentence is grammatically incorrect and therefore is usually not used at the end of a sentence either!

Not as an "end to a sentence", but as a continuation to conclude a sentence.
Correctly must be, "And so".

"I have listened to all the viewpoints, and so, I have decided not to continue this conversation any further".

I wouldn't end a sentence with therefore....because therefore means there is more. You could use it to mean "true", Say it isn't so"

Yes, you can use it after making an assertion. So, you would find it used quiet often in mathematical writing for instance.
