moan, scream, whatever you may call it... if her face reads yes, yes , yes then it's a good thing. if she pushes you off and begins to curse your name, then not so good.

Not all women scream....some sigh, some laugh, some cry and some do a bit of everything (not all at the same time). For women, sex is a very intimate and emotionally charged act. It isn't the same as what men get out of it. That is why there is so much difference to men and women..

Most real non-porn women don't out and out scream, but it's fairly easy to tell whether the noise they are making is a positive or negative noise.

my girlfriend screams because of excitement. and sometimes she screams and starts cussing at me cuz she hurts and she has to get an ice pack.

It really shouldn't be a "scream", but more of a sound of enjoyment, if you're getting a scream then you may be hurting your partner.
