Some law enforcement people do drugs. Probably in the same proportion as in other segments of society (lawyers, judges, teachers, preachers, politicians, gas station attendants, soldiers, nuns, . . .).
The problem is with the hypocrisy surrounding the control of some psychoactive substances which does not represent the norms of the society but a idealised view which does not conform to reality.
The law enforcement people are neither more nor less hypocritical than the society in general.

I work for the PD and none of us do drugs. Don't generalize. Most cops are smarter than that. And the reason they lock people up for it is because it's our job.
