Yes, if she doesn't want to have sex with him. Rape is not dependent on how attractive or well known the attacker is. Rape is an unwanted penetrative act perpetrated on an adult or any sexual act with an underage person (statuatory rape). If the sexual act is not penetrative, then the crime is sexual assault.

i think he'd be proven innocent in a court of law. she would only claim rape so her husband would not be mad at her but at brad. who would resist him right
