Make him notice you but don't be easy play hard to get. He probably knows already that you have the hots for him. so I guess play the game urself.

Introducing yourself just out of the blue would be really weird and maybe a little awkward for you. Try to accidentally bump into him or drop your books or something by his table. If he turns around or makes contact with you, and especially if he says something to you, tell him your name. Make sure to look him in the eye and smile when you say it, so he will remember your unforgettable look!

you should sit at his table and after a day or so of this intro duce your self. guys like gals that take intiave and if it dosent work out romantically then at least you have a new freind i wouldn't push a relationship on him right away just introduce your self and ask about his hobbys and things

if you have a friend who knows him, have the friend introduce you. try to get behind him in the lunch line and introduce yourself. next day, get in line with him again and ask him to join you for lunch. keep yourself in his line of sight and always wear a big smile for him.
