If his sex drive is higher than yours, tell him so. I'm amazed how people are willing to have sex, but not talk about their needs.

Tell him you can give him time alone to deal with his own needs, or you are willing just to masturbate him if he feels he needs that company during sex.

Tell him you'll be very clear about when you do, and when you don't want sex, but that he's perfectly free to masturbate any time he wants if you don't feel like sex with him

That's being fair, removes any worry he may have about masturbating without your knowledge, and allows for the difference in your sex drives.

You can't (and if you love him, you wouldn't want to) give him drugs or do anything that would reduce his sex drive.
