I believe in life on other planets. Not in our solar system, but definitely in other galaxies- possibly our own Milky Way. I do not believe they have ever landed or even come close to our planet.

You can believe it or not believe it, but we are already here. Over the centuries, your planet was a curious place to visit once or twice and was not considered very interesting . Sure, your wars showed us how undeveloped you are as a species and your infantile,(in cosmic terms) dependence on god concepts does not bode well for you. We are now showing an interest in you because it is not often that we get to observe a species commit suicide. You are so close to maturing as a sentient species and it will be a shame to see you kill yourselves. There are just not enough of you becoming rational enough to force the issue. You let the least among you determine your fate, so be it.

i have said this before, life is no doubt on billions of planets and most likely in the goldilocks zone. that would be where we sit. not to hot and not to cold but just right for life. any place where water can stay for an extended time period life is going to show up. sometimes life can live without water, i cant explain it other than life can come about in very harsh enviroments, ones that would not be carbon based like we are. discover mag had an article. it took us billions of years to show up and is said that because the dinosaurs became extinct we came about. they made room for us to evolve. if they had not died they could have eaten to extinction whatever we came from and we would have never showed up. so much luck was involved that i think the odds of another planet having intelligent life is slim. if it has happened their sun may have run out of fuel or they may have been hit by a big rock or they may have killed themselves like we are killing us by messing the planet up or invented something that blew the planet up. even if there is intelligent life we will never see it because of the vast distance in space and time between us. anyhow to cut this short i think big things and scum things are all over our universe but nothing you could sit down and have a cup of coffee with. the odds are just to long and i think the guy that said it was up to god is so full of s h i t that i cant stand it. i told them i would stay out of their r& s room if they would stop using the name of god in all of their answers in all of the other rooms. i guess that bet is off. ***** jerk god i am sure......yea

most definately. i read somewhere in a magazine if other planet has a low gravity then there will be like ppl with wings or w/e and if the planet has heavy gravity the beings on that planet will be muscular or w/e. I thought it was interesting.

That is up to God in my opinion. There is no reason to believe there are from a religious standpoint, but from a scientific view it is more likely than not. However, if there are, as I said before I am of the opinion that God would have created them in addition to us. Remember, this is only my opinion on the matter.

i don't think earth is the only one. i don't know if i think aliens come to earth and kidnap people for experiments, but for us to think we are the only life in the universe, even the only intelligent life, is very arrogant and probably wrong. there has to at least be bacteria someplace else, which qualifies as "life"

I believe in being from other worlds.

Here's a breeding pair photographed in the 1960's. I wonder what ever happened to them. Have you seen them?

Of course you heard of Drake's Equation...the calculation that there's life on other planets:

N = N* fp ne fl fi fc fL

The likelihood or probability is pretty high.
