Either somone who is famous for no real reason - has no discernible talent, ie Paris Hilton and the rejects from Big Brother (Jade Goody, Chantelle & Preston, Pete & Nikki for example).
Or celebs who are arrogant, rude and unpleasant, act like royalty and throw their weight around.
Worst one I've met is Charlotte Church who is a thoroughly unpleasant individual and a complete b*tch!!
People with real talent and professionalism don't need to act like that.

does Victoria beckam count when she looks more like a lollipop than a person? otherwise i would say jade goody/chantelle they seem to be famous for being thick which is not a good enough reason.
