second for me... It takes some responsbility in this life, you first have to put the oxygen mask on yourself and then help others in airplanes, remember?

Better for whom is the question. I would say ideally.. the first one, but let's all face it.. number 2 seems more like reality. People become selfish and make excuses that it's for another people.
