you're probably gonna get lots of answers "sell your computer"...
But this might help---Catholic Charities--are in they in your area? They usually have assistance for the homeless...locally we have PADS shelter and of course the United Way is always involved in something.

In our city, you could call 411 to get information about such services. I don't know if Nashville has that or not. If not, call the Department of Social Services, Salvation Army, or any homeless shelter. The problem with that last one, though is that most homeless shelters are only open during the winter months....leaving the homeless to fend for themselves the rest of the time.
