Since most questions on Yahoo! Answers regarding decryption are about videos, I assume you want a program to shrink a DVD movie. You might want to look at DVDShrink and Shrinkto5, both of which can be found at :http://www.filehippo.com/software/dvd/

You need to get a shrink software to compress the file to fit on the DVD. Try googling for shrinkdvd or shrinkto5basic. These tools will shrink it for you.

If it is DVD then DVDShrink decrypts, and shrinks the file(s) so you can burn it to a dvd.

What ype of decrypter? DVD, ROT 13, Triple DES. Give a little more information please.

use file compressor software like winzip or winrar.That should work.
