BitTorrent - recommended :D and very easy to use

DC++ - also recommended but you need to get used to it and find some "hubs" to connect to...

Shareaza will do this I believe. Just read the user forums and make sure you configure your router as instructed. Great add free program. Hope it helps and God Bless.
