My father has cancer and will have to be in Boston Mass. for at least 6 weeks for radiation and kemo and them for surgery after that, I would like to try to find him a laptop so he can keep in touch with his friends and family. We live in Waterville Maine and my brothers and I have 9 young children, they are all close to our parents and I would like to be able to get something so he can stay in touch with them.

sorry to say thier are no organizations that do that at the moment but you might try talking to his church or other churchs also try freecycle.com i had a freind that needed one for her daughter (the school said she had to have one) she got someone to give her one off freecycle you also might ask local stores if you can put donation jars up ect... good luck
