she is probably about the 40 week mark. Most of the time depending on the size of the uterus a baby will grow untill it has reached a point the there isnt anymore room and grow. that is usaully about the time when the woman is so uncofortable she cant take it any more.

The baby will not stop growing no matter how many weeks she is! Even if she feels stretched to capacity, it will still grow. For full term she must be 40 weeks or over.

At 42 weeks, the placenta actually begins to "die." There is also concern of placental abruption.
Doctors normally induce closer to 40 weeks, to prevent this from happening. Rarely does a doctor go over 41 weeks.

'full term' is 40 weeks isn't it?? but the baby will keep growing until it's born, usually they won't let you go over 42 weeks.

full term is usually 40 weeks, however the baby will keep growing. growth has nothing to do with how old it is.
