Shouldn't people stand by there president? If you are unhappy with him/her show it with your vote in the next election. Meanwhile, you should still support him/her.

Every time I have tried to support Bush, he does something so stupid and irrational that I begin to believe that we are dealing with a man who has serious emotional problems. The best I can do now in the way of support is, "Yes, Bush is a jerk, but he is our jerk, so back off!" If you want it, that is support.

Because over 60% of us are more intelligent than Zippy the Chimp (or Bush, if you prefer) and realize that we've been sold a bill of goods by someone who is a liar, crook, fool and idiot who is a reprehensible human being who stands behind the bible and the spectre of 9/11 for support. We plan on making a change, starting with the Fall elections this year by voting out a bunch of his cronies who rubber-stamp everything he wants. Then, in 2008, the change will be complete when we elect a Democrat president who cares about the common man and not just the wealthy.

Well good old Pres. Bush is not able to run again. He has had his two terms.

Our men and women don't belong in Iraq and Iran. The brought down Hussain now it is time to turn the government back to people over there and bring our guys HOME!

Another thing I vote never voted for Bush though. Not even the first time. I have a suspiciously hard time putting someone in a high office such as president who speaks Spanish better than he does English. He isn't even Hispanic.

I see your point however I can't stand by something I don't totally believe in. I assume you're talking about the war in Iraq?? I was against it from the beginning and I feel that's what's great about this country, we are free to take stands and speak our minds. You are right, we should vote in the elections. I did not vote for him in either one. But bottom line I don't support most of his policies. That's not what this country was founded on.

That's easy (silly question, really) - he's a moron.
And if you knew anything about the American electoral process (which, clearly, you don't), then you wouldn't spew such nonsense about people voting. The American system, as it is now, does not hand the title of President to the person with the popular votes. Time to do some reading.

Because the president is just one part of our operating government. He is subject to checks and balances that are designed to prevent him from going too far. The House of Representatives and the Congress are equally responsible for running our government and inevitably hold views opposed to the president or each other from time to time. This is how our system works, and I for one wouldn't have it any other way. Being opposed to the president as an average citizen simply is asking our other branches of government to reign him in, not a form of disloyalty or rebellion.

Alex people who stood by their President and supported his doctrine and regime without thought resulted in the death of millions of Jews in WWII. The truly loyal citizen of a country spend the time to listen and find out the truth. We will always honor our country but our leaders, only when they deserve it. Mark Twain said that. And it's still true today.

If you watch only one conspiracy documentary ever, make it this one. This just might be the best introductory video out there. Understand that every claim made in this is fact, not opinion, no matter how wild it sounds. It's all easily verifiable through mainstream news archives and public documents.

Because in this country, we have the right to openly disagree with our President's policies. It's called freedom.

WHAT?!?!? I should just support the man even though I disagree with him? Isn't that sort of what Hitler wanted? That's the whole point of democracy, of freedom! I am free to disagree with my government, and I can't be persecuted for it. If you want that kind of government, move to China.
