Computer: Dell Inspiron 400 1GHz, 40GB HDD, 512MB RAM.
Operating System: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2.
Earlier my Computer was not taking this much time.. It all happened after I had to format it due to some problem which probably occured due to some virus that came through Net.. Actually I am not sure about this.

start-run then type in msconfig. go to start tab on right side and uncheck every program that is there except maybe explorer and systray and volume control. click apply close and restart computer. if u find u need any of those programs to start u can always go to msconfig again and recheck those programs. also download adaware from www. lavasoft.com and download free personal edition. install it and then restart in safe mode and run it.

as an employee from dell.. (which i am currently at work).. i can tell you at least four things you need fix... number 1.. you need a new notebook. to put it simply you have an outdated processor most likely a pentium III you only have a 40gb hd which is half of what most system requirements are today and you only have 512 mb ram. Judging by the system i am almost sure you have an integrated video card which is drawing from your already insufficient ram while the xp pro is using up the rest. I guess all i am really saying is that if you were smart you would invest your money wisely in a system that is first of all not completely obsolete, second of all invest in some damn virus scan, and third of all.. i am almost positive you have messengers of all sorts. they are notorious for slowing down even the fastest computers start up time. get rid of them and use the web based messengers. good luck you are going to need it.

A very good question young man, a condom is part of the male genitalia It will start growing once the penis is fully formed, It varies from person to person but the normal range is 15-18 depending on your genes your condom will be a different color (*the most common being brown*) It will take up to a month to form once this is done you are ready for intercourse. *ADDITIONAL INFORMATION* - If your don't see the start of a condom growing once your 18 you may have genetic disorder in which the condom doesn't form naturally, there is an operation which can be preformed in which the plaster a synthetic condom over the tip of your penis (*you will need to get is changed once a month*). - It isn't rare that an infection might occur while the condom is growing, if this happens contact a doctor immediately before irreversible damage is done. I hope you find this little article helpful :)

Did you use restore CD's or did you do a clean install of windows. If you used the restore CD's then it should have take your computer back to the fresh from the factory state. However if you did a clean install of windows you may not have reinstalled all of the necessary drivers for your computer. Use device manager to see if some items aren't working properly.

The best way is to reformat, delete all partitions and start over. Keep the number of things in your tray, (that space on the lower right) down to about 5 at the most. THis causes lots of delay also. Since You can't very well use the pc now, it won't hurt to reformat.

you have a ton of unneeded programs ( you might want to check your Start Menu after you do a virus scan and a spyware/adware scan and dump all of those toolbars ) ( i am on an ancient system - yours is better- with service pack 2 and boot in less than 1 minute because i keep it clean ) ONE MORE thought some anti-virus programs are known for this since they log on and try to update during start-up CHECK THAT START MENU

You definitly need to do some virus and spyware scans. Possibly deleted un-needed programs and files. Also run a defragmentation. Start>All programs>Accesories>System Tools>disk defragmentor.
