the 1% doesnt exist. it never did. who ever said it was out of 100%. maybe its out of 99%. everyone always assume its 100%.
ok now for the serious answer. yea. they dont round up the point something percent. so you will always be left with 99% unless they fix it or you actually get 8.00% on Best Answer and 92.00% on Others.

Roundoff error. I wouldn't worry, they're still there.
Or maybe that is the 1% that the Matrix can't control, and Yahoo set up an elaborate system for them to exist in on their own.

They are not including the decimal point.
You could have 6.7% best answers and they round if off to 7%

sometimes computers/statistics just don't add correctly.
this reminds me...i was looking at colleges, and the percentage of males and females. it was kinda funny, because they only added up to 87%. haha
makes me wonder about the remaining 13%, eh?

Its all in the rounding
When they round up or down, it can make you off 1% or so
