have you made out of things laying around your house. I have made several pieces of artwork using just a picture frame and that unusual yarn that they have out now.

*** not looking to make what you have made*** just curious to know what others have created.

Well, I made some tie-up pouches from an old leather jacket I had once; lot's of stick men from pipe cleaners, lol! A boomerang from wooden lollipop sticks, erm...a robot from cardboard boxes...(I can feign sanity, I have a small Son :P)...bracelets from bits of wire, carved a dolphin and a penguin out of wood from an old bed...carved a boat for my son from one of his old wooden building blocks....oh yeah, and I recently made a little castle for him too, but it was almost cheating 'cos it was sort of 'castle-shaped' to begin with - it was the molded bit of card you sometimes get inside a box, for holding the contents secure!

I love my craftiness!!! That's as in skill, not deviance!

:)

I love to make art, but I haven't in FOREVER.
But, to answer the question, I had to make a box for this contest at work, so the people could put their votes into it. So I had some felt & cut it into flame shapes and glued it to the box and it looked cool.
I always want to make something mosaic, but then I go to the store to by the Modge Podge or whatever, and it costs too much so I just throw away the broken plate...
I really do need to make some art. When I do, I'll post a pic on my 360 for you :)
hugs

MacGuyver broke into my house and made a couch out of 13 rubber bands and a few post-it note thingys in like 14 seconds. I don't have that kinda skill yet.

I cut up an old 100% wool sweater, and sewed it into a tote bag, which I felted in the washing machine. Very cute and easy.

I have successfully taken junk home and turned it into piles of junk. I can get the most out of old stuff at work, but not at home.
