limewire's not safe to use anymore, i read in the newspaper that people have been arrested for using it to infringe on copyrights, the RIAA is all over limewire,(but if you want to download non-copyrighted files go right ahead, why would you tho? lol) try a different P2P network, I'm not going to tell about the one i use, well I think you know why

No restrictions as in it is completely free. There are some files that contain bad stuff (viruses, spyware, etc), but most of them are fine...especially music. Be careful downloading programs from there if you don't have a virus scan on your computer.
If you want limewire pro, just download the regular limewire, search for "limewire pro" and download it!
I have been using it for years with no problems.

I've been using it for a few years and I've had very few problems with it, except for some files are weird. You just need to work a little to find a good file. Other than that, it's very good.
