Or, does it just seem like that?

Please. Yes, it's true, but it is very dangerous to discuss it. You see, the wobbling shopping cart wheel is a huge conspiracy involving our government and the huge manufacturing conglomerates. The CIA is also involved.

The last person who was unwise enough to bring up this conspiracy in public has disappeared. His family has not heard from him in days. And that was just for mentioning it publicly.

The best thing you could do would be to withdraw your question, close your answers account, change your name, and move to another country. Now. Don't sleep another night in the same house as the computer that you sent this question from. You are in grave danger.

Please, please be more careful what dastardly government conspiracies that you expose in the future.

It is mandatory at the shopping cart factory that all carts come out defective. Why? So that all shoppers will feel equal and not able to laugh at one and other for differences. Too bad life itself wasn't like that eh?

Because the stores hire lazy kids, who dont collect the carts, that lazy shoppers leave all over the parking lots, & they skitter all over the place & hit your parked car & bend a wheel & your car?
