step 1. go to www.anistash.com
step 2. enter 1 of the mirrors ( mirror 1 or 2)
step 3. choose a category (Ova, ongoing series, etc.) by double
clicking on it..
step 4. choose an anime
step 5. after doing so, a list of episodes appear.. choose the file
you want to download.
step 6. the next page would show you the download link.. the one
with blue arrow pointing down with the download word on
it.. click it..
step 7. the next page would be confusing as too much stuff would
be shown, but ignore it.. and try looking for the "please
wait for 40 sec" until it reaches zero and the link will be
shown stating "click here to download...".. click it and
choose save.. all done..

Note that even if there are ways to download Anime for free, if it's not freeware, or shareware, it is illegal to download it, and you risk criminal prosecution if you get caught
But as far as where, can't help, sorry
