I had 2 older brothers, & I'm glad I've got a boy & a girl, it helps to explain lots of things...

Pre-school? Who the hell knew about sex before they reached school age? I didn't even know there was a hole there until they showed us the sex education video in Primary 5, and I'm a girl. And neither did anyone else judging from their reactions. Up 'til that point I was entirely baffled by the fact that children could look like their fathers. Obviously there was some physical connection but without knowing about vaginas how could you know penises were designed to go into them? As far as I was concerned genitalia were just for peeing with.

I was about 5 when I first saw my baby brother's penis and asked about it....
I learned the real details about sex at 9. The girls in our class went to a slide show (gee, I am OLD!) about "Our Changing Bodies"....they gave us a little book to take home with information about our periods and with a few euphemistic references to where babies come from. They also gave us a bag we were supposed to give to our parents that had two more books with more graphic information including diagrams and drawings....I read them both on the bus on the way home and knew a lot more than my classmates by the time I got to the schoolyard. My mom was horrified that I had read the books but there was no putting the cat back in the bag! LOL

Well I saw my brother's willy when he was a baby, and I was 2, but I had no idea what it was for (apart from doing a wee), and I had no idea about sex until I was about 10 or 11 and then only the vaguest idea of what went on. Let children be children and retain their innocence.

@ 2 i leard about boys parts, and at 5 i think i read a book about where did i come from.

uh... i didn't know about sex til i was 11... but i saw boy parts when i was like... 4 cuz i have 2 brothers..

i wasnt pre school...it would have been a form of child abuse if ad been told pre school i think, i was too young to understand.
