NO!!!!!!!!!! you are betraying the TRUST of people who care for you,if you get caught you will most likely never be trusted by them again and hurt them and lose their freindship. there's no amount of money worth that. if you don't get caught, you will still be betraying them even if you put it back. would you wan't it done to you?? its a dangerous game and one that could lead to a very destructive cycle!! the ones paying you to do a terrible thing are "not" your freinds, they are using you for their own sick game. you KNOW ITS WRONG follow your heart and do the right thing, please!!!

Ok, I have never stolen anything in my life. Except for this piece of gum when I was four, but whatever. $500 is a LOT of money. WOW! The good part of me is saying, "I don't think you should do it." The bad part is saying "Do it, just return it after words." Ok, is it something small and miniscule, or something big and expensive? That is the question. If it's something small, steal, but return right away, ok? If it's something like a diamond ring, Do NOT do it.

Best of luck to you. Swiftness is the key. Be swift, be smooth, be cool. Best plan of action. Know where the item is. Second, figure out the quickest most silent way to get the item. Third, Stay calm, act smooth. Forth, get out of Dodge. Fifth get the money and secure it. Finally, as quickly and silently as possible, return item back to the right spot. With the money, go buy your friend and her mom pizza. This will eliminate feelongs of guilt.

Why don't you tell ur friend's mum that they dare u to steal the thing, then split the money with her after they passed u 500. sounds good? In that way, u won't be at losing ends :D But... tell her u'll return her after u " steal " her thing.

Of course, if anything goes wrong, will you be okay in prison where you'll stay for a few years after your burglary conviction?
Oh, and you're probably wealthy, right? Because you'll need to support yourself since no one will hire a criminal.

Only if you tell the Mom about your arrangement first and she agrees. Otherwise, an intent to return something after stealing it is no less criminal activity.

If you return it go ahead. Why dont you give your friends mom 100 and just ask her if you can borrow something. You will still get 400 without getting caught.
